I know my son loves gogos too! However, I don't think that's a good idea to put a very small plastic toy that is inedible inside a muffin/cupcake. Not only it contains paint/colour that may be toxic (surely you've heard of recalls from toys like Thomas Tank), but most importantly the small gogos may choke the children when they eat it and not a good thing to happen.
