Although obviously not a Brazilian spice, it’s used in Kibe, a very popular deep-fried meat+wheat snack sold in many bars in the south east of the country.

Syrian Pepper

1/2 pound black pepper
4 ounces allspice
4 ounces cinnamon
1 ounce nutmeg
1 ounce cloves.

Mix well.
