I took the afternoon off yesterday to try one of the recipes from the book my friend Bethany Kehdy just launched – The Jewelled Kitchen. It’s a beautiful book of Lebanese and Middle Eastern recipes and they all look delicious. My grandfather was Lebanese, so maybe I am biologically programmed to like Lebanese food.
